Digital products (PDFs, materials, self-paced courses) are intangible and deemed “used” upon access/download. Purchases are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable post-access.

Money-Back Guarantee for Courses

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for self-paced or online courses if expectations unmet. Request via email to info@skillplusacademy.com within 3 days of enrollment with details – 100% refund, no questions. After 3 days or continued access (e.g., videos/quizzes), non-refundable.

Exceptions and Issues

  • Technical Problems: Report download/unzipping issues within 3 days with evidence; we provide fixes or alternatives.
  • Not as Described: Report discrepancies within 3 days with proof (screenshots); no refunds for preferences or misuse.
  • No Refunds For: Change of mind, lack of time, device/internet issues, or post-guarantee access.

We evaluate requests case-by-case; fraud suspected denies refunds and may terminate access.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds processed in 7-10 business days to original method. Deductions for bank fees may apply.

Delivery

4. Leave and Break Policy for Courses

  • Short Break (≤1 Month): Join next batch for 25% fee.
  • Long Break (>3 Months): Without notice, pay full fee to resume.

5. Revision Policy for Courses

  • Fees: Pay 50% current fee to revise completed course.
  • Availability: Wait for next batch; access latest content.
  • Conditions: Subject to availability; no guarantees on timings.

6. Refund Policy for Job Application Fee

Non-Refundable

The ₹99 INR annual fee for NextGen Recruit access is non-refundable, covering processing and support. No reversals post-payment.

Service Details

Not a job guarantee; enables 1-year support. Ineligible if process incomplete.

Exceptions (Rare)

Technical errors (e.g., double charges) may qualify if reported immediately with proof; processed in 7-10 days. No refunds for mind changes or no jobs.

Fraud Prevention

Abuse (false claims, multiples) leads to ban. Comply with terms.

7. Refund Policy for Corporate Training

Aligned with Terms: 50% advance non-refundable post-start. Cancellations:

  • >14 days prior: Full refund minus 5% admin.
  • 7-14 days: 50% refund.
