1. General Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SkillPlus Academy® (https://www.skillplusacademy.com), an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Institute, including courses, NextGen Recruit, corporate training, and related services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable laws (e.g., India’s Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and IT Act, 2000). If you do not agree, do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms; changes will be posted here, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
Eligibility
Users must be 18+ years or have guardian consent. Services are for legitimate purposes only.
Intellectual Property
All content (courses, materials, website) is owned by SkillPlus Academy® and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds are subject to specific rules below. Refer to our separate Refund Policy for details.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkillPlus Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from service use. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify SkillPlus Academy against claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of services.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Indian laws. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Surat, Gujarat, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Courts in Surat have exclusive jurisdiction.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, technical failures).

2. For Enrolled Students
Enrollment Process
To enroll, complete the admission form, select course, and pay via website (Payment Gateway or Direct Bank Transfer). Receive confirmation email with access. Enrollment is personal, non-transferable, and subject to verification.
Self-Paced and Instructor-Led Course Access
Access granted post-payment for specified duration (e.g., 6-12 months). Revoked for violations. Materials for personal use only; no sharing, recording, or commercial exploitation. Ensure compatible devices and internet.
Payment and Fees
Full payment upfront or via plans. Non-refundable after access, except within 7 days cooling-off period if unused (per Refund Policy).
Student Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of credentials.
- Avoid cheating, plagiarism, or disrupting classes/quizzes.
- Provide accurate information during enrollment.
Violations may lead to suspension and no refund.
Support and Assistance
Email info@skillplusacademy.com or app chat for issues. Response within 48 hours.
Privacy and Data Protection
Handled per our Privacy Policy. Secure your devices.
Certificates and Outcomes
Issued upon 80% completion and assessments. No guarantee of jobs or skills mastery – depends on effort.
Termination
We may terminate access for breaches, with notice where possible.
3. For Employers (NextGen Recruit)
Purpose and Acceptance
Platform connects you to talent. By posting/using, you agree to Terms.
Eligibility and Responsibilities
- Registered businesses only.
- Provide accurate, non-discriminatory job postings compliant with labor laws.
- Pay any applicable fees (e.g., premium listings if introduced).
Our Role and Limitations
We facilitate connections but do not verify candidates/employers fully or guarantee fits. Not liable for hiring outcomes or disputes.
Candidate Data
Use shared data only for recruitment; comply with Privacy Policy and obtain consents.
Prohibited Activities
- False postings, spam, or data misuse.
- Hacking or unauthorized access.
Violations lead to account suspension.
4. For Corporate Training Clients
Acceptance and Eligibility
By booking, agree to Terms. For businesses only.
Scheduling and Customization
Provide details; confirmation post-agreement and payment. Customizations extra cost.
Payment and Fees
50% advance within 7 days post-completion. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Client cancellations:
- >14 days prior: Full refund minus 5% admin fee.
- 7-14 days: 50% refund.
- <7 days: No refund.
We may cancel with full refund or reschedule. Rescheduling <7 days: 10% fee.
Delivery and Responsibilities
Online/onsite; provide venue/resources if onsite. Ensure participant attendance.
Materials and IP
For internal use; no sharing. All IP remains ours.
Certificates
Issued digitally post-completion.
5. For Job Seekers
Role and Guarantees
We connect but no employment guarantee. Research employers yourself.
Application Process
Pay ₹99 annual non-refundable fee for submissions. Provide accurate info; false details lead to ban.
Responsibilities and Risks
Handle relocations/offers independently. We share data per Privacy Policy.
Communication and Disqualification
Direct with employers post-connection. Violations disqualify you.
By applying, you accept these Terms.
6. Final Provisions
